1. How to access the new dashboard
1) Open the Expomap website: https://expomap.ru/
To do this, launch a web browser (for example, Chrome or Safari).
In the address bar, type expomap.ru and press Enter.
2) If you are accessing from the old partner service website, you will be automatically redirected to the instructions.
After that, simply go to https://expomap.ru/ and proceed to the next step.
2. How to log in to your profile
1) Once the website loads, the “Log in” button will be located in the top-right corner.
2) Click “Log in.” A window will appear where you need to enter your username and password.
3) You now have two options:
  • If you already have an account, simply enter your existing username and password, then click “Log in.”
  • If you don’t have an account yet, click “Sign up” on the main page.
Enter the required details and create a password.
After that, you will receive an email — open it and click the confirmation button.
Then return to the website and log in using your new username and password.
4) If you forgot your password, click “Forgot password,” enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the email — this will help you restore access.
5) After a successful login, your personal page (profile) will open.
3. How to find the section with your events
1) Now that you are in your profile, look at the top-right corner of the page.
2) There you will see your name or a profile icon — next to it you will find the “My Events” button.
3) Click “My Events” — this is your new partner dashboard where all events are added and edited.
4) After you click it, the page will refresh and you’ll see a list of your events (if you already have any) or an empty page if you’re adding your first one.
4. How to add a new event
1) On the “My Events” page, find the “Add Event” button at the top of the page.
It is located in the top-right corner, next to the “Help” button.
2) Click “Add Event.”
3) A form will open where you’ll need to fill in information about your event.
Everything is done step by step — just follow the form from top to bottom.
5. Fill it out step by step
Step 1. Event type
  1. At the very beginning of the form, you will see the “Event type” field.
  2. You need to choose one of the three options:
  • Exhibition
  • Conference
  • Online event
Simply click on the option you need — it will be highlighted.
Step 2. Topic and tags
  1. Next comes the “Topic” field.
  2. Click on it — a list of topics will appear (for example: construction, healthcare, IT, education, etc.).
  3. Find the appropriate topic in the list and click on it (you can select up to 2 topics).
  4. After selecting a topic, tags will appear below it (keywords that help describe the event).
  5. Choose the relevant tags (you can select up to 5).
Step 3. Event title
In the “Event title” field, enter the official name of the event.
It should include the name and the year, for example: BuildExpo 2025.
Make sure the spelling is accurate and does not contain unnecessary quotation marks or abbreviations..
Step 4. Short description
In the “Short description” field, write a brief summary of what the event is about.
One sentence is enough, for example:
  • International exhibition of specialized equipment.
  • HR technology forum for human resource management professionals.
  • International relations congress.
Step 5. Full description
In the “Full description” field, provide a more detailed overview of your event.
Here you can include:
  • the main topics and program tracks,
  • who will be speaking,
  • which companies are participating,
  • what issues will be discussed,
  • why the event is interesting for attendees.
Text length limit: 500–2000 characters (excluding spaces).

By clicking the “i” icon next to each field, you can view tips on how to fill it out.
6. Specify the date and location of the event
1) In the “Event dates” section, select the start date and the end date.
You can do this using the built-in calendar — just click on the field and choose the required dates.
2) Select the event frequency (annually, twice a year, etc.) from the dropdown list.
3) In the “Location” section, specify:
  • the country,
  • the city,
  • the venue (event location).
4) If the required venue is not listed, check the box “Not in the list — add a new venue.”
After that, an input field will appear where you can enter the venue manually. Please make sure to use the official venue name.
7. Additional details
Audience: select who will attend the event from the dropdown list.
Exhibited products: list what will be presented at the exhibition, separated by commas (for example: construction equipment, concrete mixes, tools).
Website link: provide the official website of your event — for example, https://www.buildexpo.ru (please note that this field is optional).
8. Logo upload and partner details
1) Go to the “Logo” section and upload your event logo.
2) Requirements:
  • square format, 100×100 pixels,
  • JPG, JPEG, or PNG format.
3) In the “Partner details” section, paste a link to the page on your website where the Expomap logo is размещён with a link to our website.

Expomap logos are available via the link below. You need to download and place our logo on your website in the “Information Partners” section in accordance with the terms of our partner program.
9. How to save or submit an event
1) Once you have filled in all the fields, scroll down the page.
2) At the bottom, you will see two buttons:
  • “Save as draft” — if you want to review the event or come back to it later.
  • “Submit for moderation” — if everything is ready and you want to send it for review.
3) If you save the event as a draft, you can return to it later, make changes, and submit it when ready.
4) If you submit it for moderation, you won’t be able to edit it until a manager has reviewed it.

10. What’s next
1) After submission, the event will receive one of the following statuses:
  • Draft — the event has not been submitted for moderation yet.
  • Under moderation — the event has been sent for review; please wait while it is checked.
  • Published — the event has been reviewed and published on the Expomap website.
2) If the manager detects an error during moderation, the event will be removed (meaning it will no longer appear in the My Events section of your organizer dashboard). In this case, you will need to upload the event again and submit it for re-moderation.
